Artists Network offers several highly esteemed art competitions throughout the year. No matter your age, skill level, or medium of choice, you’ll find exciting opportunities to see your work in print and raise your visibility in the art world. (Does cost money)

The Harlem Bling Annual Scholarship offers 2 recipients $600 each to go towards tuition fees. Applicants must be incoming, undergraduate, or graduate students at a United States college or university. (recurring each new school semester)

This $7,000 scholarship is available to high school seniors, college students, and graduate students who are attending trade school, college, or university in pursuit of a degree in architecture, engineering, design, or construction

Each year, the scholarship awards $1,000 to two (2) incoming and current post-secondary students who submit a selection of photos and a short essay describing their interest in/relationship to photography and its effect on their career choices.

We also offer customizable internships for young people, age 15-25. Guided by a collective member mentor, interns produce a unique project and gain experience in arts organizing.
Specific dates may vary by internship opportunity.
This unique internship program offers high school students the opportunity to work within various fields. While the internships are primarily focused on education and youth outreach, students may also intern in fields like health and medicine, art, animation, science, mathematics, and architecture.
Typically in February, though specific date may vary by year.
This is an excellent internship for high school students who are interested in the arts, humanities, and museum curatorship. Interns will learn about the museum’s exhibitions and architecture, gain experience in careers in the arts, engage with museum visitors and sharpen public speaking skills.
This is a year-long internship, beginning in the fall.
Since 2006, they have awarded over 265 paid internships. A majority of MPI interns go on to full-time industry positions, and after sixteen years of building MPI’s filmmaker network. Many of our Hollywood Career Launch Program interns are students or recent graduates, but in some cases they extend advanced internships to intermediate-level filmmakers. Internships typically last for 12 weeks. Most placements are in Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, DC. Though they consider applications on a rolling basis, it is best to apply for summer internship positions as early as possible, usually in February.

Led by Harvard Egyptology professor Peter Der Manuelian, this course digs into ancient Egypt’s most famous archeological site: the Giza Plateau. Lectures will explore the significance of hieroglyphic inscriptions inside the tombs, cultivate an appreciation of Egyptian art of the time period, and consider the ways in which new technologies like 3D modeling could shape the future of Egyptology.
