This scholarship is open to all minority applicants who are the first in their families to go to college, are at least 17 years of age and are pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree at an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning or a certificate program.

1,000 dollar Scholarship to improve financial literacy and recognize that teaching the youth about budgeting, saving, investing, and managing debt is as important as any other aspect of their education. Must be least 18 years old and be enrolled full-time in high school or part-time or full-time in college, trade school, or graduate school

Every year, the Dell Scholars program selects 500 students nationwide, offering comprehensive support and a scholarship to each recipient. Our support is designed to help each Dell Scholar build their ideal pathway to graduation and beyond. You need to

  • Participate in a program-approved college readiness program in grades 11 and 12
  • Be on track to graduate from an accredited high school in the current academic year
  • Be eligible to receive a federal Pell Grant in first year of college

CFLCA is proud to support the growth and development of the next generation by providing college and trade school scholarships for students who are farmworker employees (or their children) of California farm labor contractors.

This $5,000 scholarship is offered to Black/African, Hispanic/Latino, and Hative American high school seniors who are interested in preparing for a career in a field related to energy. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA in order to be considered.

The Youth Workforce initiative funds collaborative approaches to streamlining the transition from school to career for young adults aged 16-26.

Interns4Good offers a wide range of positions for high school students in grades 9-12 looking to intern at nonprofit organizations, including marketing and outreach positions. Some are in-house, while others are with partner organizations. Interns4Good adds new positions every week.

Are you a high school student with dyslexia or a similar disability who wants to pursue a degree in the STEM field?  The Joseph James Morelli Legacy Foundation Scholarship is open to high school seniors and graduates with dyslexia or a similar reading/language-based disabilities who will be pursuing a STEM degree at any accredited institution in the upcoming Fall.

Are you an 11–18 year old passionate about the creative arts and/or the environment? Consider applying for Bow Seat’s Ocean Awareness Contest! The 2025 Ocean Awareness Contest – “Connections to Nature: Looking Inside, Going Outside” – encourages students to “explore the natural world and their place in it.” Applicants are asked to share their “relationship with the natural world” through works of visual art, creative writing, poetry, spoken word, music, dance, film, and more for a chance to win cash awards of up to $1,000 and to join the world’s largest environmental youth community for the creative arts!

The Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award is a one-time, non-renewable, need-based award of up to $10,000 given in conjunction with full participation in From the Top’s Learning and Media Lab Fellowship.

Each year, From the Top chooses approximately 20 pre-collegiate musicians ages 8-18 to receive the Award. The Award is given to driven and committed pre-collegiate musicians with financial need to help offset the often prohibitively expensive costs of studying classical music at a high level.

Plus, extracurricular activities look great on college applications and high school résumés. When kids participate in a mix of clubs and teams, they show their excitement in learning new things and serving their community. These are traits that universities and employers really value.
